It's that time of year again-Family Learning Experience! I am excited to invite you back to the OSD campus to participate in FLE. Whether this is your first time or your tenth time it is a great time to connect with other parents of deaf/hh children while learning how to advocate for your child along the way.

I do need to let you know about a few changes to FLE this year. As many of you are aware, the State of Ohio has recently experienced some new policies and budget cuts. Due to these changes we have to make the following changes to FLE this year:

1. We have had a change in presenters since the original save the date card was mailed in January. However, we will still have wonderful presenters and lots of valuable information!
2. We will be reducing FLE to a 2 day event as compared to the traditional 3 day event. You are welcome to stay overnight in the dorm on Saturday evening and enjoy the Columbus night life if you and your family would like to and check out on Sunday morning.

Please remember when traveling to campus for the weekend that you will need to bring the following supplies for you and your family: comfortable clothes and tennis shoes for everyone, bathing suits and towels for children, twin sheets, blankets, and pillows for beds, towels and toiletries, snacks, medications, jacket, camera/film/batteries.

There is no cost for you and your family to attend, so mark your calendar's to join us!
