DISABILITY BENEFITS

• Effective after one year of continuous employment.

• Value equivalent to 70% of salary for six months

PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM

• Employee contributes 8.5% of gross wages

• Employer contributes 13.31 % of gross wages

STATE TEACHER RETIREMENT SYSTEM

• Employee contributes 9.3% of gross wages

PERSONAL LEAVE

• Thirty-two (32) hours per year

SICK LEAVE

• Accrues at 3.1 hours for each 80 hours of active pay status, excluding overtime
