Our mission is to share and promote best practices among all educational partners serving deaf, deafblind and hard-of-hearing learners in Ohio. The Center for Outreach Services provides services to learners, families and schools using any communication mode, including both visual and auditory methods.

There is no cost to parents or eligible school districts and employees for services provided by the Center of Outreach Services. The Center for Outreach Services receives funding and support from the Ohio School for the Deaf and from federal Part B funds through the Office for Exceptional Children of the Ohio Department of Education.
