Girls and Boys' Basketball Tournaments and Cheerleading Competition
January 26th - 28th 2012!
Welcome to CSSD. We hope many friends, family members, and OSD alumni will enjoy the competition.
If you come on campus, please remember that OSD roadways have changed. Parking is limited so car pooling with others is a good idea. You should bring a flashlight with you to help you walk from your car to the gymnasium and back to your car. You can enter campus though Indianola Avenue or Morse Road. You can park:
· In parking spaces around the circle or between the health center and the school building
· Behind the administration building in parking spaces
· Behind the boys’ dorms in parking areas
· In a single lane behind the new dorms
· In the construction parking lot near the Morse Road entrance
· You must leave roadways open for others to drive safely around campus including buses
· Grassy areas will be muddy so please don’t get stuck by parking on the grass
You can get to the gymnasium though the vocational wing door (near BOE and home economics rooms) or near the gym/recreation lounge area. Please do not disturb OSD classrooms.
Games after 11:30 on Saturday will be at Bishop Watterson High School (about one mile south of OSD off of High Street and Cooke Road). There will be a map showing how to get to Watterson posted at OSD. There will be snacks and drinks available for purchase at OSD and at Watterson. You can by OSD t-shirts and sweatshirts near the gym. Alumni should stop by the Alumni Survey Table to give OSD some input about experiences at OSD.
We hope you enjoy the games. Thank you for your patience while we build a new school, new roadways, and more parking areas. The CSSD committee, coaches, athletic director, administrators, teachers and staff, and volunteers have worked hard to make this tournament a great experience for the students and visitors.
